Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your confirmed reservation at least 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of all money paid less an $89 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your confirmed reservation less than 45 days from your arrival date, then no refunds will be issued except for Winterplace closings as described below.

Winterplace Closure Refund Policy

We understand that the weather is never predictable in the early and late ski season. That is why we are willing to give you a complete refund for any portion of your reservation that you cancel from Dec 1 - Dec 24 and Mar 7 - Mar 31 during which Winterplace Ski Resort is closed. All you need to do is give us notice by 5pm the day before. So take advantage of our early and late season discounted rates and enjoy the warmer weather, small lift lines and fun spring events!
